📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up, operate, and maintain audiovisual equipment for events and presentations.
• Collaborate with event planners, designers, and clients to ensure technical aspects of events run smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Configure and program audiovisual systems using software such as Extron, Crestron, or AMX.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated and tested before and during events.
• Provide technical support and training to event staff and volunteers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest audiovisual technologies and trends.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audiovisual technical support or a related field.
• Proven experience with setting up and operating audiovisual equipment for events.
• Familiarity with audiovisual software such as Extron, Crestron, or AMX.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Valid certification in audiovisual systems or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
