You'll be the architect of seamless travel experiences, managing end-to-end travel arrangements and ensuring all visa applications are processed efficiently and accurately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and provide expert advice.
• Process and manage visa applications, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to arrange travel itineraries.
• Monitor and manage travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and client budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with travel regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide the best advice to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental and company-wide goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel consulting and visa processing.
• Proficient in using travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Familiarity with visa application processes for various countries, including the US, Schengen, and other popular destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
