🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in educational assessment, learning technologies, or a similar role.
• Certification in educational assessment or a related field (e.g., CAE, CELTA, or DELTA).
• Strong understanding of educational standards and best practices.
• Proficient in using assessment tools and learning technologies (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, or similar platforms).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
