📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct night audits to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and bank deposits.
• Process and verify guest payments and refunds.
• Monitor and manage the front desk operations during the overnight shift.
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and submit night audit reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff during the overnight shift.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in night auditing or a related financial role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry financial practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with Balinese culture and local customs is a plus.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
