📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing and overseeing the daily accounting activities, including financial reporting and analysis.
• Preparing and presenting financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Providing strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and development.
• Leading and mentoring the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.
• Managing relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably in the multifinance sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or similar is a plus.
