📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operational role.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
