📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic implementation of digital transformation initiatives, including BIM, drones, and IoT technologies.
• Oversee the development and deployment of construction management software and platforms.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures using digital tools.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of technology performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of new technologies.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the construction industry.
• Report directly to the Managing Director, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction technology, with a proven track record in implementing digital solutions.
• Certification in BIM (Building Information Modeling) or similar advanced construction technologies is a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
