Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships.,Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to receipt, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and value-added services.,Lead and mentor procurement team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Ensure all procurement activities adhere to ethical and sustainable practices, in line with ALPS Healthcare's corporate social responsibility initiatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support the achievement of business objectives.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on procurement-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements in procurement operations.,Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and best practices is preferred.
