📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement AI and Generative AI models to solve complex business problems.
  • Lead and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to guide product development.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data science, and apply this knowledge to our projects.
  • Publish research findings and best practices to support our team and the broader industry.
  • Optimize existing AI models and algorithms to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize AI initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science and AI, with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Hadoop, Spark).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
