📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of kebabs and other dishes according to recipes.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior cooks.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present food in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
