📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
