📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on company requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruitment efforts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
