📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitor and maintain the condition of the fleet, including vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Manage fuel and lubricant inventory, and ensure timely refueling and servicing.
• Track vehicle usage and performance, and generate reports as required.
• Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available when needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.
• Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
