📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and recommendations for corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to employees on internal control procedures and best practices.,Identifying and mitigating risks to the organization's financial and operational performance.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of internal control systems and audit methodologies.,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
