Inspector of Works - Road & Bridge Construction Projects

This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to some of the most critical infrastructure projects in the region.
As an Inspector of Works, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction processes, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the project specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor construction progress and identify any potential issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, including photos and measurements, to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure that all workers follow safety protocols.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any issues or concerns during the construction process.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment used in the construction process meet the required standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on construction processes and quality control.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction inspection, quality control, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
