📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing to prevent breakdowns.,Track fuel consumption and costs, and implement measures to improve efficiency.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
