One Bay Pratama is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management systems.,Experience in managing a team is a plus.
