Develop and implement culinary strategies to ensure high-quality food.,Manage and mentor a team of chefs.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Create and maintain recipes and menus.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.,Handle customer complaints and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant or catering business.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
