📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and applications.,Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Implementing and managing IT policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.,Conducting regular backups and disaster recovery exercises.,Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
