Silver Sun Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Admin to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the finance team in achieving their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of payroll processing, including the preparation of payslips and tax documents.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment processing and follow up on outstanding payments.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager and other finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good understanding of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
