Handle cash transactions and manage patient payments,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies,Coordinate with the cashier and other staff members to ensure smooth operations,Assist in resolving any financial or billing issues that may arise,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a cashier or administrative role is a plus,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills and familiarity with accounting software,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Good time management and organizational skills,Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
