PT Usaha Tani is seeking a Senior Learning Development professional to join our team in Cilandak, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop curriculum to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of learning and development initiatives.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
