As a Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company has the necessary supplies and materials to maintain our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our company's needs.,Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of supplies and materials.,Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for restocking as needed.,Analyzing procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Assisting with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with business goals.,Providing support to the Procurement Manager in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
