📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the hotel facilities and equipment.,Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and functionality of guest rooms and public areas.,Monitor and report on the usage and performance of hotel services and facilities.,Assist in the organization and coordination of events and meetings held at the hotel.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction with the hotel services.,Assist in the preparation and organization of inventory and supplies for the hotel.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or healthcare industry.,Good knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and equipment.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills being an added advantage.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
