📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Fish Feedmill, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve production and quality of fish feed.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring profitability and compliance with budgetary targets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of feedmill operations with overall business objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in feedmill operations and management.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational targets.
  • Strong knowledge of feed formulation, production processes, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
