📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.
• Lead a team of tax consultants, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the highest level of service to clients.
• Develop and implement tax strategies and plans for clients, ensuring maximum tax efficiency and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.
• Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to clients, using data and insights to drive decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of tax services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and revenue for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, as well as international tax standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies and plans.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of tax consultants.
• Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.
