📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Develop and implement effective strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail stores.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
