📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring they meet their performance targets and deadlines.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations, and implement changes as needed.,Provide training and mentoring to junior accountants to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
