CV Widya Kencana is seeking a Lead Backend Developer to join our team in Parepare. As a Lead Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems and services using modern technologies and frameworks.,Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and support.,Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.,Optimize backend performance, reliability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.,Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development and deployment process.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve our products.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and outages to minimize downtime and impact on users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.,Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.,Experience with backend frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Django, or Express.js.,Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.,Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
