📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the applicant tracking system and maintaining candidate databases.,Conduct initial screening of candidates and coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling.,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including data entry and report generation.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and provide input on recruitment strategies.,Contribute to the development of recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
