Shine Data Jaya is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Retail Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of our retail business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by identifying potential customers and promoting our products or services.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions, events, and campaigns.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with sales techniques and tools.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
