📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain accurate records of candidate information and progress throughout the recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and report generation.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
