Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring that they run efficiently and effectively.Manage a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.Implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction, driving the overall performance of the stores.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we have the necessary products and services to meet customer demand.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Ensure that all stores comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.Develop and implement training programs to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers.Proficient in using retail management software and other relevant tools.Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry trends and best practices.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
