In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for improving operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of company vehicles and fleet assets.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of fleet reports and documentation.,Support the Fleet Manager in implementing fleet management policies and procedures.,Participate in fleet audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a plus.
